We work with companies ranging from 1 employee to multinational organizations. Each service has an ideal profile — Payroll is particularly suited for companies with up to 25 employees that are building their HR structure.
How does the Payroll service work?
It is a monthly subscription service. We manage payroll, employment compliance, and HR operations. You do not have to worry about the administrative burden — we take care of it.
Do I need to be physically located in the U.S. to work with Connect?
No. We support companies that are still in Brazil planning their expansion as well as companies already operating in the U.S. Our services can be provided 100% remotely.
What is the difference between a Fractional CHRO and traditional HR consulting?
A Fractional CHRO is an HR executive dedicated to your company through a subscription model. They develop a deep understanding of your business, lead the HR strategy, and remain available as an ongoing partner — not simply a provider for a one-time project.
Do you help companies hire employees in the U.S.?
Yes. Our Talent Acquisition service manages the entire process — from job briefing to hire, including cultural alignment and U.S. employment requirements.

How does pricing work?
